is a Federal Case, The

with Their Audit and other Matters, of MCA

proceedings in the District Court of Columbia, for
9 Summonses issued to Grant Thornton LLP in order
to identify Tax Shelter Clients who may have invested
in potentially abusive transactions organized and
sold by the firm.

Grant Thornton are a large organization of
Auditors and Accountants in the UK and the USA.
In the UK they are appointed as Officers of the
Court in their performance as Trustees in Bankruptcy
(who can not be Trusted) under the British Insolvency
Act.
They are supposed to provide services in compliance
with the Insolvency Act, to recuperate money for
creditors as a result of the enforcement of Civil
Judgments from the Courts. One Creditors tried to
engage in a business like dialogue with two partners
of this organization, PETER HALL and DUNCAN SWIFT.
They appear never to be in the Southampton Office,
or available to speak with the creditor as they
are obliged to under the British Insolvency Act.
In fact Peter Hall has never been available to speak
to a creditor for the past few years.
The creditor was always referred to one on the minions
JIM HALL, who was taking the Rise out of
the creditor, who is the owner of this website.
The creditor told JIM HALL that if he is going
to take the piss, he can expect the creditor to
